John is executive vice president, chief digital and innovation officer for Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc.
John oversees the Company’s product development engine, overseeing innovation, engineering, project management, platform strategy, and process management across all brands and geographies. He also leads FBIN’s digital teams, ensuring strong connectivity between our digital strategy and innovation efforts. This alignment helps Fortune Brands accelerate the development of both core, innovative products and digital and connected solutions.
Prior to his current role, John served as executive vice president, chief growth and digital officer, leading the Company’s strategic planning and portfolio development efforts to support profitable and sustainable growth, in addition to driving digital transformation.
Earlier in his tenure with the Company, John served as senior vice president of growth and development for the Water segment at Fortune Brands, where he helped reenergize the core business, build a global luxury portfolio and platform, and establish new growth paths in digital water.
John brought extensive experience from his leadership roles at Beam Suntory, Inc., where he led teams across corporate development, strategy, revenue management and customer insights.
Prior to his corporate roles, John served as a management consultant at Bain & Company, advising across various industries.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Denver, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
