Deerfield, Ill. – May 5, 2025 – Fortune Brands Innovations was presented with the Community Investment Award at Lake County Partners’ ‘Big Event,’ an annual breakfast program brings together local business and civic leaders from Lake County to celebrate the community and find ways to strengthen the county’s business assets. At the 2025 event, which took place on May 1 at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, Fortune Brands was recognized for its commitment to bringing new jobs to the Lake County region through the establishment of a new headquarters in Deerfield.

Leigh Avsec, Executive Vice President, External Affairs and Chief of Staff for Fortune Brands accepted the award on behalf of the company and underlined Fortune Brands’ commitment to growing deep roots in Lake County, citing the wide talent pool and unwavering community support as key drivers behind the new Deerfield HQ.
