Jonathan Baksht

Jonathan is executive vice president and chief financial officer.

In this role, Jonathan leads the Company’s financial planning to support its biggest growth opportunities, ensures accurate financial reporting, and oversees investor relations. With an established track record in financial leadership and a deep understanding of market dynamics, he is well-positioned to drive forward the Company’s financial strategy.

Most recently, Jonathan served as Chief Financial Officer of Pactiv Evergreen, a leading manufacturer of fresh food and beverage packaging in North America. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Valaris, a global offshore drilling contractor. Prior to assuming the CFO role in 2015, he held key leadership positions at Valaris including Vice President, Finance, and Vice President, Treasurer. Before joining Valaris in 2013, Jonathan spent several years in investment banking with Goldman Sachs and began his career as a management consultant with Andersen Consulting.

Jonathan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
